The game in a nutshell

Two players inside a closed bowl of an arena. The controls are exactly two buttons: throttle forward and throttle back. There is no steering wheel at all — the car leans from the torque itself, and simply keeping it on its wheels is half the skill.

Every car carries a driver’s head. Touch anything with it — the floor, the wall, the ceiling, the platform or the other car — and the point goes to your rival. The match runs to five points.

Ways to play

• Quick Match — matched against a rival, with the arena decided by both your filters.
• Private room — your own duel by link: invite a friend and pick the arena and the side.
• Spectating — anyone can watch a live match from the sidelines.

Three arenas

• Oval — a closed bowl with nowhere to hide: build up speed and you ride the wall onto the ceiling.
• Stadium — the same bowl plus a platform in the middle, where most head hits come from above.
• Ramps — a ridge of two facing ramps down the middle: build up speed, take off and land on your rival.
• There is no flying out of the arena — it is closed all the way round, ceiling included.
